   The waiter rushed us and didn’t bring enough silverware. My son was eating ice cream with a knife. He never checked back.

   Our server was amazing. The food as ok. Steaks were undercooked and chicken piccata was bland. Caramel cheesecake was delicious. They should step up their menu. It's very limited and the food was mediocre.

   Always enjoy eating at Char. We had to wait at our table for a few minutes before we were waited on. The restaurant wasn't crowded, just think the servers were confused on who would be waiting on us. After our waitress finally came over, service was great.

   The food was good but service very slow! Took a long time to get our main coarse and after we were all done it was a really long wait for the waiter to offer dessert

   Food was great, my wife got the fillet and shared with me and I only had to use my butter knife to cut it. I got the mahi and it had an ample amount of crab meat on top that just made it so much better. My complaint is we made reservations and the restaurant was only about half full but they set us by the kitchen door and there was quite a bit of noise and traffic. My other complaint and this may be Open Table system is I was asked if this was a special occasion and it was our 51st anniversary and yet the restaurant didn’t acknowledge that. If it’s sent to them they don’t care and if not sent don’t ask.

   Char never disappoints with service and food. Recommend getting reservations even for lunch to avoid any waiting during busy time.
