   Third time going to brunch third time disappointed. First time I ordered the steak Benedict and the English muffin was cold and not toasted. The second trip I ordered the Croque madame and again cold bread, cold ham and egg was over cooked. I sent it back they corrected it The third time, today I ordered the Croque madame and again the bread was not toasted or grilled, it was cold. The meat was cold, it was a cold ham sandwich with an egg on top.I had to send it back. third strike I will not be back for brunch.

   First time eating here and I must say the service was Phenomenal !!!!!! My waitress was very attentive, helpful and respectful. I would most definitely recommend this place for a very special occasion. And I will be going again

   Absolutely one of the best dining experiences my wife and I have had. Will definitely be coming back. Our server Stephen was a great help in deciding what to order from all their delicious options and was very attentive to our table. Our server even surprised us with a free dessert and steak was cooked to perfection.

   When we visit Jackson, Chars is one of our favorite stops. Lunch in the bar area is what we enjoy. The food is very good and the service is great, attentive but not worrisome. Good food draws lots of folks, so get a reservation.

   Slow to be seated despite reservation. Very slow service. Food average at best for price, fish overcooked. Won’t be back anytime soon.

   Char was poppin on Valentine’s day weekend! We had a reservation and it took a little time to get seated but it was reasonable with the volume of customers they had. Everything we had was amazing. Fried green tomatoes, tomato mozzarella tower, steaks, porkchops, mushrooms, garlic mashed potatoes. The double cut fudge brownie was veryyyy thick and fudgy and the blueberry bread pudding was super moist. Heavy wine pours! I will definitely be back! I hear their brunch is great too!

    Never disappoints!! We have eaten there many times. The food is always delicious! Highly recommend the filet!
