   It took an hour plus for my food to come out, but the server was ready good and gave us some bread while we waited. The atmosphere was really nice and clean

   This was an amazing total experience! It has been awhile since I have eaten at Char and I will not wait so long next time.

   While the food was decent (not stellar, not bad), the service was very poor during our latest visit. The restaurant was not incredibly crowded, yet the kitchen was clearly in the weeds. We only say our server about five times total, and we waited 15 minutes for him to even come to the table after we were seated. While drinks and salads came out in a reasable time frame, it took 50 minutes for our entrees to come out, and the server did not enter the order for one entree (it was comped). All-in-all, I'm not sure that we'll return to Char as the entire experience was subpar.

   A very popular place but not overly impressed. Bucotini and shrimp over cooked in the carbonara. Others at our table liked the salmon and tuna. Not in a rush to go back.

    After church lunch time with family and we decided on Char. What a great choice! I had the 16oz ribeye medium rare, my wife had the grouper, my oldest had the burger and his girlfriend had the salmon. My ribeye was cooked perfectly, one of the best ribeyes I’ve ever eaten. Zero connective tissue, so tender and seasoned very well. I requested a substitute in place of a side veg, two fried eggs worked out great. Everyone was happy and full. Price was great for 4 people. Will definitely be back.
