   Always a great meal! Thought the chicken Madeira was a little over salted. But the tuna tower was to die for!! Husband enjoyed his steak and friend enjoyed the burger. Still one of my fave restaurants!

   My husband and I visit Charcoal at least twice a month. Out go to for everything from sharing some apps, to a great burger, or an amazing steak dinner. You can’t go wrong with Charcoal!

   We were seated in a quiet area with no overhead speakers allowing long time friends a chance to talk and enjoy our company. Oue service was slow but responsive leaving us ample time to linger over good meals and good company conversation.

   We had an amazing birthday celebration! Our server Katelyn (sp?) went above and beyond to make the evening memorable. The cocktails were generous and delicious, and the fish tacos and steak frites divine. The creme brule was perfect and the birthday girl chose mousse which she loved. We loved the high table booth, which was very generous in space, and had decent lighting. We will definitely be back again!

   Menu is varied and a lot to choose from. There were 6 in our party, and all entrees were excellent. The appetizers were very good as well. We will be back!

    It was superb. I ordered my usual glass of chianti and the filet mignon. When my order arrived my food was at most, warm. I was very surprised. My two friends ordered that same meal and it was nice and hot. I advised the waitress who immediately rectified the situation: she offered me an appetizer while I waited; My meal came very shortly afterwards and it was piping hot. How delicious! To my surprise the waitress said I would not have to pay for my dinner (wine and coffee as well). Now that is the best customer service ever. Speaks to the class and sophistication that exudes a The Charcoal Steakhouse. I will return forever. Thank you Charcoal. The best restaurant in the region.
