Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe.     Our server was knowledgable and incredibly friendly. The tables are set at a decent size apart from one another so you have some privacy. The lighting is low but not dark. Our food was cooked perfect and my broccoli especially was not mushy, great texture and a slight crunch. Some items can be made vegan to accommodate and the vegan steak was delicious!!

    Beautiful experience at Charley’s On time to our nice n cozy Booth Managers and staff are great n super attentive . Our server Gus was great , knows his stuff and we really enjoyed all his recommendations . Great place n ambience . Nice drinks n wine selections . Thanks again for such great n delicious dinner Age porterhouse was melting in our mouth . The Sea bass super delicious . We will be back soon And we will ask for Gus !!

    This was our 4th time at Charley’s, thought we would celebrate our 5th Anniversary there. Unfortunately, this time the food was not as superb! Just one bad night, but we will back.

    The food was great. My wife and I always Charley's. Our meal was AMAZING. Our server John was great and well knowledgeable about our questions on the menu. We will be back.

    We had an amazing time at Charley’s in Orlando on I-Drive. From the moment we can in service was great. We a drink at the bar during the short wait for our table. Jonathan the bartender was on great, the person who sat us meet us at the bar and escorted us to our table; helping us with our drinks. Our server Raeshel was awesome; great service. Server assistant/ bus boys frequently check on you also; and the manager stops by your table to check your steak is cooked to perfection (which it was - amazing). The food was incredible. Best steak - perfectly chargrilled on the outside and pink on the inside. Get the cheddar bacon mash - you’ll thank me!

    Food was very good. Great traditional steak house. Little crowded, but they do a nice job of getting you in and out. Charles our server was very nice and made good recommendations.
