Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe.     We had Dan as our server. Despite being obviously super busy, he was extremely friendly and attentive. It made our night so special. Management was also spot checking tables which was a nice touch. We are locals and rarely get to get out for anything social that is not business related. We will DEFINITELY be back soon!!!

    We had reservations for 8pm. The parking lot was so crowded, we couldn’t get to the hostess stand to check in until 8:15pm. We were not seated until 8:45pm. I overheard the hostess tell someone else who was complaining about the wait that Open Table overbooks reservations and causes overlapping windows.

    We loved Charlie’s Steak House. The only little problem was they got backed up getting people sat that had reservations but it only took about 20 minutes to get our table which was worth the wait because the steaks were fabulous! Also the drinks were very good as well. Overall I would definitely recommend Charlie’s for a nice night out.

    My wife and I enjoy eating at Charley’s every time we visit Orlando. The food is excellent, the service has always been top shelf and the entire experience has been inviting us back for another visit. Charley’s is a must when visiting Orlando!!

    Tonight was very busy at the restaurant, but we were seated in a timely manner. Our waiter Adrian was very friendly and knowledgeable, made great recommendations. For drinks we tried the Hawaiian Cosmo, which was very good. Appetizers, we tried the grouper and it was very light and tasty. For our meals we had salad, warm bread, NY Strip, Ribeye, mashed potatoes and lobster macn cheese. Everything was cooked perfectly and flavorful, with plenty leftover to take home. The strawberry cake was awesome, rich but not too heavy. I will definitely be returning.

    Great filet, wedge salad ( big enough to split) great desserts especially butter cake and strawberry cake. Cauliflower was very good but just huge, 6 people didn’t eat it all. Skip the shrimp they add to the filet and the lobster….both just too tough!
