Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe. Charley’s has been recognized with numerous awards including “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine, DiRōNA and Orlando Magazine’s“ Best Steak House & Best Old Favorite”.     Excellent service & staff. BEST Steak I have ever had without a doubt! Manger brought something extra to the table to make me feel special on my Birthday. We will definitely be back.

    Wonderful nite. We have been coming here for years. My only gripe is we ordered extra sauces for everything. I wasn’t really paying attention when they packed up our leftovers (and there were A LOT of leftovers) they didn’t pack any of the sauces we paid extra for. Our extra Bleu cheese, mustard sauce for my crab legs, and cauliflower sauce. So leftovers fell flat for me. Food and service was phenomenal. Just disappointed over not getting what I paid for. Especially on a $400 bill. Next time I will make sure to pack my own. In all our years all the extras were packed to go.

    Food at Charley’s is always outstanding. The service is top notch. The noise level can be pretty high and a challenge for those who may have a difficult time filtering background noise.
