   The location of this area is located in a very raw part of San Francisco surrounded by a major homeless population. The hotel is a bit old and rundown, but the rooftop and the ambience was gorgeous. However, the service was extremely slow. We waited roughly 25 minutes for our order to be taken

   Amazing! We booked for a surprise birthday and the staff was so friendly and went above & beyond to help make our friend’s day special. Steven, Taylor, and our server (wish I caught her name but she had short brown hair) were INCREDIBLE! We had to move our reservation around a bit too and they were super accommodating. They also brought us complimentary champagne which was so kind! The drinks & view were also amazing. Vibes are great & I’d highly recommend Charmaine’s!

   Lovely experience. Meeting before a Sf Sketchfest event. Good service, lovely weather (thankfully) and all around good time.

   ive been here a number of times to notice the service is very discriminatory. hostess would always sit us away from everybody else and far from the market street view. (even with slecific instructions on reservation) some servers treat you like a mcdonald customer at times. although however the service from my fellow latin brothers was phenomenal i noticed they treat their tables with respect and kindness. other servers should take notes! bravo to the respectful latin men.

   A great rooftop experience, one of my favorites! Always recommended. I highly advise to make a reservation first as it's pretty popular.

   Just gorgeous! The decor, the music, the view. So nice! Food was just so so so. Spinach dip was delightful- the pita chips were thick and unpleasant to bite into- not sure why. Maybe they need to split the pita horizontally before frying. Cod dip was horrible and fishy. Warm, giant cookie was yummy. Only one of our 6 $20 cocktails were worth the price in my humble opinion- the Salem something. Avoid any of the ones with ice. They need to work on the food to match the beauty of the place.

   We pad what we thought was a deposit of 20 USD only to learn it was fee to reserve. The service was slow and the server had no knowledge of the wines. Great view but would not recommend the bar

    Food was very average- no meat on the chkn wings, fish tacos nothing special. Pork belly was delicious tho
