   Mother's Day 2:45 reservation for brunch. Mimosa spilled on my wife by waiter could be overlooked as accidental (and we told him so), but waiting nearly an hour after placing order for uncomplicated food to arrive was too long. Delicious, even if pricey, but clearly understaffed in kitchen as seating was less than half-full when we were finally served our meal. Many high-class establishments (or other Chart House locations) would recognize such shortfalls and make it up to customers to make them happy despite these issues. We will probably be back again, but we expected better.

   The food took a good while to come out. We had to just sit and wait. The waiter spilled and drink on a lady sitting next to us and the manager never came out and apologized to her. I couldn’t believe it.

   Tonight was a disappointment. Lamb chops were undercooked, prime rib was tasteless. The chopped salad that use to be amazing with bacon and egg with a bacon grease dressing was ice berg lettuce and a few tomatoes thrown in. My fiery cucumber was good with the first but the 2nd one was extremely sweet. The server was ok, but seemed to be rushed and nervous. No she wasn't new.

   We had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short. We made our reservation three weeks in advance for 8:00 PM, yet we weren’t seated until 8:30. Then, it took another 30 minutes before we were informed that they were out of mashed potatoes—a staple on nearly every entrée. For the high prices, we expected much better service and food quality. To make matters worse, we are members of this restaurant chain, so this experience was especially disappointing. Given that we drove in from Texas for this meal, it definitely wasn’t worth the price or the wait.

    Terrible service from the moment we were seated until we paid our bill. Food was disappointingly subpar and took forever to be brought out. On several occasions we found ourselves having to ask multiple times for the same things. Overall I would highly recommend not wasting your time or money dining here.
