   Gabriel, our server, was very patient with us as we had a hard time deciding what we wanted to eat and had two littles with us too. The sea bass, crusted Mahi, filet, and lava cake was amazing!

   It was wonderful, we go there all the time but we never been for Thanksgiving dinner. It was fantastic. Our server was exceptional. Her name was Lonnie.

   Took my mom for thanksgiving dinner. After 2 hours of waiting we asked where our food was. Server said they lost out ticket so dinner would take another hour. We left without eating but they still charged us for the wine we drank while waiting. Pretty disappointed.

   We had a reservation for 5 PM and arrived 10 minutes early. The host mentioned they were waiting for a server to arrive and seated us at 5:05 PM. Despite ordering food before the table next to us, they received their food first. When we inquired, the waiter admitted that the food runner mistakenly delivered our meals to the wrong table. The manager approached us to ask about our experience. After explaining the issues, his response felt insincere, offering only that our food would arrive "as soon as possible." When our meals finally arrived, the pasta was dried and appeared to have been sitting out for some time, and the prime rib was lukewarm. We informed the manager, who took the food back to warm it but did not apologize. Apparently, they were waiting for re-make the orders that were taken to another table and had the other meals sit. Shortly after, our children's food arrived, and one dish was incorrect—likely swapped with the table next to us again. Overall, the service and food quality were poor, and the experience was frustrating. We are unlikely to return.

   We’ve been to Chart House many times but tonight our server went above and beyond. I came in with low blood sugar and struggling to function. She immediately put in an order for a salad and brought it as soon as possibly and also brought water and sugar to help bring it up. The food was ordered to perfection and service was astounding. Thank you!
