   Our bartender was incredible. Amber helped make a tough situation perfect. We arrived for our 7pm reservation only to be told they had cancelled our reservation saying they had called 4 times I never received one call or message. Thankfully we were able to sit at the bar! Amber was great and we had delicious drinks and a great dinner.

   Unfortunately we did not have the best experience. We went on Christmas and it seemed like the lobster was precooked and was hard. We should have sent it back but was trying to be polite since they were busy and it was Christmas. We didn't get the best waiter either, Preston wasn't that friendly. We listened to the table beside us and they were saying the same thing about the lobster. Their waiter was amazing he was friendly and even helped us when ours wasn't anywhere to be found. We asked midway through for the bread we saw other tables getting and our waiter basically just ignored us and it never came. I assure you we weren't being nasty either. I know it was Christmas Day but they were open so if you have to work just be polite. And yes we still left a decent tip b/c again it was Christmas. I wouldn't recommend the lobster if you come here or ask if it's freshly cooked before ordering.

   Our server, Anthony, was superb! Our best dining experience at the chart house we’ve ever had! Due to dining on Christmas Day it was a pre-set menu with a few great options, everyone enjoyed their dinner and desserts.

   We had a wonderful dinner at the chart house longboat key, food was amazing. Service was spectacular. It was an overall wonderful experience and we can’t wait to go back.

   It was very busy so service was slow. Price fixed menu. Didn't expect that. However, food was excellent and our waitress was attentive to detail. Pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant.

   We dined here on Christmas Day. The restaurant was extremely busy. I would say we waited quite a long time to get service initially and the pace of the entire meal was quite slow. The waiter did not fail on anything, he brought us everything we requested. Our water was always filled. He was very polite. It just took so long to get our main course and when it arrived one of our meals wasn’t very hot. Since we waited so long to get it, I chose to eat it, rather than return it. The quality of the food was good. My filet was perfectly cooked. I will return again in hopes that they aren’t as overwhelmed due to the large holiday crowd.

   Amazing food, Amazing service. Restaurant was very busy on Christmas day, but each staff member went out of their way to be friendly and personable. Will absolutely be going back!

    We were really disappointed in the overall quality of the meal. The sea bass was very fishy tasting & we’ve eaten that fish many times with never that taste. The vegetables with the lobsters were not seasoned well & very average in selection, mostly peppers, onions. The desserts were fine but For a special occasion (Christmas day) we went home less than satisfied. Our server said they had 900 reservations & he seemed rather rushed. We won’t visit again. There are too many excellent restaurants in the area.
