    I took my Mother to the Chart House for her birthday today. I would recommend this restaurant but they are closing their doors for good after tonight. Their food was delicious. They will be missed.

    Thanksgiving special was very tasty. Our waitress was very attentive and personable. Sad this location will be going as it was always one of my favorites.

    Chart House food is always spectacular, service was very good, not in love with our seating - off in a corner looking at low tide, but not horrible. Facility is dated, obvious roof leaks in the overhangs, etc. Carpet and decor could really user a refresh. Elevator not working during our visit. But still, food was just great as usual, and service was very good as wel.

    It was a pleasure dining there today. Julianne, our server, was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. She made our meal even more delightful. The lobster bisque was perhaps the best I’ve ever had!

    Sadly, this is the last time we’ll be able to eat at the chart house. They are permanently closing in three days due to ongoing construction along the riverfront that is interfering with the business. However, as always, the food was delicious and the service was excellent! This was our yearly birthday tradition cause my birthday is in November and my mother’s is in December so we always went in between our two birthdays to celebrate. Sadly, this will be our last time to be able to do so.

    The experience was good. Wanted to eat there one last time. The food has always been great and we were not disappointed. Sorry to see the restaurant go.

    The food was good, but there is no more happy hour. On the website it is still promoted as available every day , but apparently they pick and choose which dates they feel like having happy hour specials. Maybe because they are closing, but we were so excited to go and have one last happy hour before they closed.

    We were aware that this location will close soon ! We got engaged in 1990 and had a dinner there and decided we should go before it closed… nostalgic, and surprisingly everything was above our expectations knowing it will close in a couple of weeks. Service and food was great! Much appreciated!

    We’ve been going to The Chart House for 30 years. Food in always great. Never had bad service. Sorry to hear that this location is closing after so long. It’s a big loss for Philadelphia.
