   Thanksgiving Day, so extremely busy. Long wait for our reservation. Extremely strong gas smell as you entered and was told it was taken care of. That was troubling. Once seated, order taken without delay but long wait for food delivery. Note to self, don’t go on Thanksgiving. Food was good but not worth to lengthy delay.

   Just too many mistakes for one visit. The server was great and tried her best to make things right, she was great. To keep it short there were issues with the reservation despite two confirmations one by them calling and having a conversation with me. Second my wife called the day before. Anyway moving on, they fixed the situation after some debate and delay. Food- ordered 4 apps for the table, three arrived. Server fixed the situation after 10-15 min delay. My lobster tail was missing. Server went to get that fixed and returned with a lobster tail that was completely inedible it was a fossil, over cooked, hard, cold. Manager brings a replacement and apologized. There was a very loud long conversation between three servers directly next to me about some minor inconvenience that evidently was the end of the world. Everything situation was corrected politely and professionally but as I stated in the beginning just too many mistakes.

   A complete disappointment. Chart House was overbooked and the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen reflected it. We went for Thanksgiving and our anniversary. Wrong decision. There was a fixed menu of choices. For the first course, we both ordered the lobster bisque; the flavor was bland. One entree ordered was a filet, medium rare. It was tough, tasteless and burnt; it took a while to saw through the meat and half the filet was left on the plate. The other entree was the peach brandy sautéed scallops and shrimp. The scallops weren’t rinsed well and had so much sand in them! The shrimp were over cooked and rubbery. The waitress, a capable young lady, was over tasked and forgot about us and was not able to ensure a fine dining experience. None was her fault; it was the fault of the front of the house overbooking. Do yourself a favor and save your money by not going to the Chart House. Spent more than $200 for a $25 meal.

   The food was wonderful! The service was really good and the ambience exceptional. We had a wonderful dinner. Highly recommend

   Excellent service, terrific menu, food prepared to perfection, great ambience, excellent drink and wine list, great location, reasonable prices.

   Our waitress was outstanding. Food was great and it was a god amount for Thanksgiving day. It was a wonderful experience. The pumpkins pie was awesome!

   We had an excellent Thanksgiving dinner with all of the trimmings. Our server was fun and efficient. The restaurant was charming and clean. Over all a great experience. Thank you.

    Excellent service and atmosphere. The fried green tomatoes were very good. The Mahi was ok - not as flavorful as I would have liked, and the macadamia nuts tasted a bit burnt. Overall a good experience.
