   It was great to go up in the tower. Nice ce bar area and great bar service. Seated in a timely fashion as reserved. Food was good, but not hot. Waitress seemed overworked. Took a very long time,, 2.5 hours to order and receive three courses. Had to ask for bread.

   Overall the server (Armando) was amazing ! We understand that it was a busy holiday, but we had a 4pm reservation and didn’t have a table until 5:40pm. We talked to the manager and told him we appreciate and expressed our gratitude to (Armando). But I’m an educator who relies heavy on data and facts. He has numbers from this time last year (if not then that’s clearly not a transparent transition) show that it might be delayed. But NOWHERE did it mention that in the app or online. Management COULD always be better. Won’t be coming here again!

   The entire event was amazing. From check in, to check. Food was fast, hot, and staff was very friendly even for a holiday. The only flaw was the desert. Seems that they ran out and had to go to the corner store for a frozen version of what we ordered. Definitely be back however!!

   What an amazing experience!!!! The food was really delicious. Steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Our server, Laine, was very attentive and followed up with us throughout our meal. Husband and I decided to celebrate Thanksgiving at Chart House and are really happy we did!

   Came to San Antonio for Thanksgiving. Made reservations at the tower of America for 1:45. Was seated 30mins after in a cramped cubby table. Server was fantastic and welcoming however the food took forever to arrive. Looks like they were overwhelmed with all the people there for thanksgiving, Food tasted really good when it came. Soup was not hot just warm. Desert was the best part of the meal. Server was overworked but maintained a smile and positive demeanor. Will return but not on a holiday

   Thanksgiving this year was a set menu with reasonable choice (if you like seafood and steak), but not so tasty and overwhelmed by the air conditioning (in November!), which cooled off the already undercooked vegetables and fish. Previous experiences here have been much better, this was really an expensive disappointment. Best part of the meal was the drinks!

   Food was average. Filet Mignon seasoning was highly salty. They were kind and replaced my filet with Prime Rb. The chopped salad contained lettuce with many brown edges. That is, it was not fresh. Bread/rolls were not served with the meal. I asked for dinner rolls. They never arrived. The manager is highly professional and personable. The server was nice but busy. Thus, his efficiency suffered. My fork was dirty, so used my spoon for dessert. The molten lava cake was excellent. My guests want to return to the Menger for Christmas dinner. I just thought the Tower would be a nice change.
