    Started with a complimentary glass of sparkling rose’ from the waitress Pam for our anniversary. She and the team were outstanding and very accommodating. Great experience!

    We enjoyed our dinner. The menu is quite limited. My Grit Cake was a good vegetarian option. My partner’s Black Drum (fish) was good but the portion was small. Dessert menu had the standards— nothing to entice interest. Very pleasant servers. No rush but not slow either. The oysters were fresh and varied. The gumbo had a peppery bite but not overpoweringly so. A relative oasis in a city and hotel district that parties and enjoys noise and crowds.

    We love coming here! We've been here in spring where we could sit outside and in winter where we sat inside and our experiences have been consistently wonderful. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. We highly recommend the salmon! This restaurant is great for a relaxing evening out.

    Very disappointing Thanksgiving menu. Don’t do this in New Orleans. Travelled here and researched best place for a Thanksgiving dinner 6 weeks in advance for my family. Seated badly right on the end of another table right up against people at the bar. When there were open tables and we would have been more comfortable. Gumbo had to be returned, cold. Food not memorable. At the price it was not worth it. I wanted one “wow” on the menu and there was nothing special. Sadly had hoped for better treatment and service.

    Had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal in a lovely atmosphere with a great view. We got a great wine recommendation from our server that our whole party enjoyed.
