   We had a reservation at 2:15 and weren’t sat until 3. Was unable to have a mother day brunch to to brunch ending at 3. We left with no food, no drinks. Terrible service and no apologies were made

   We arrived early to make sure we got the table we asked for and the team didn’t disappoint with a table over looking the Bellagio fountains for our anniversary. Waitress was pleasant and helpful but the noise levels was far too loud, we could barely hear and was unable to talk to one another. The food was the big disappointment in our eyes we ordered the Bolognese and the rigatoni pasta and unfortunately the pasta in the Bolognese had dried up and was all stuck together. Overall we wouldn’t try here again just a personal choice

   Booked this because of the location and views of the Vegas strip/Bellagio fountains. The views etc are amazing. We asked for a table with a view because I was celebrating a big birthday and it was as though they had no idea when we got there - so we got seated at the back with less of a view (so had to stand up to go look at the fountains). Whilst I knew it was a long shot when I put it on the booking, all other venues we visited made more of a fuzz about my birthday celebrations. The seat I first got shown had bird poo on it, so had to ask for that to be cleaned (admittedly it was outside so cannot be helped). We got a bottle of white wine and when it arrived they said they only had two red wine glasses and one martini glass (as all others were in the dish washer). We were never brought another wine glass, so we had to keep going to the bar ourselves to ask when one would be available. We ordered bread to share, which came quite quickly, but then our actual food took more than an hour. The waitress was very apologetic and we ended up getting a discount as a result, but it was quite frustrating as it resulted in us spending a lot more on wine whilst we waited. When the food came, one of the dishes had clearly been sat out under a hot plate as it was dry and not that warm. Another dish was not fully cooked (raw potatoes, so we sent it back and that was removed from the bill). The other two meals were nice, but one of the sides ordered for the steak (asparagus) didn't come out with the food and after 10 more mins we had to chase it. The waitress was obviously frustrated with the kitchen, and perhaps more concerned with whether or not we would tip, because she was very negative about the kitchen/other staff. Overall the experience was lacking and even with a discount, it came to over $270 for three people. You are paying for the location/view!

   Came for a bridal brunch. Service was terrible waited 25 mins after our reservation to get our table. We ordered drinks from the bar while we waited. Once sat we tried to order one of the “it girl” bag drinks and were told it was out of stock. (This is one of the main reasons we chose here). We moved on and ordered our food as we already had drinks from the bar. Food was brought out no ask for second drinks. Then we saw multiple tables being served the it girl bag….. check came and it was 1 we asked to separate checks waitress told us we couldn’t do that.. she came back over to get our card when we asked again and then she rolled her eyes and said fine. Food was good service was absolutely terrible would not return.

   The two Waitress at the front seating guest were extremely rude. I’m not sure if it is because they appear young and unaware of proper etiquette of greeting guests, but the interaction with the waitress was unfriendly and very unappreciated. I usually leave good reviews but this is the first time I’ll ever leave a negative review on the impression I received. Apart from the food and scenery, my overall experience was tarnished from the lack of customer service. Recommending removing said individual from the front if social interaction are not her best quality. Thanks!
