   We chose Chester White because they were open Monday night. Everything we ordered was delicious, starting with the duck pate and beef carpaccio. We shared amongst 4 and the servings were generous. Followed by the truffled spaghetti which was superb, along with the beef cheek. All washed down with an Argentinian Malbec. Our waiter had the best personality and was most helpful in explaining the menu. A very fun night. We will be back.

   Without a doubt, this is the friendliest spot in Sydney, with a team that genuinely wants to connect and make you feel right at home. I’ve been to CW three or four times now, and it’s consistently stayed in my top three places in Sydney. Great value for money – I’ll definitely keep coming back!

   So loved this place and the guys running the show. I enjoy eating at great neighborhood spots off the tourist route. Would not have wandered around Wooloomooloo otherwise and it's a funky up and coming area. The cacio et pepe is as delicious as every reviewer says it is. Ate every bit of it. The folks running the show though, were so fun! We talked Sydney, surfing, skiing, great books. Made this wonderful diner the brighter

    first experience at Chester White, good service with explaination of dishes and wines. Well paced service and al fresco tables.
