   Delicious food. Only complaint was I never received the drink I ordered and the refills were really slow. However, we weren't charged for them. I'd still go back because the food was great and I liked the ambiance.

   The servers were very friendly and the food was superb - loved the miso glaze on the Alaskan Cod.

   My experience at Chi was very pleasant. Connie, our server was very helpful and describing the since it was my first time there. The apps were delicious and so was my entrée. I will be going back.

   My fiancee and I went here for his birthday. I let them know it was his birthday. We made a reservation for 7:30 PM and showed up 15 minutes early. We explained to the hostess that we were early for our reservation and she rolled her eyes. We, understandably, waited for about 5 minutes and then were seated early. As we walked to our table, many tables were empty so we were unsure of why we were met with attitude. We reserved a table and received a high-top. We decided to roll with it. We ordered quite a bit of food, 5 appetizers, 2 entrees, 6 drinks. The waitress was very kind and sweet but she put all the food in at once. Our table was overfilled with appetizers because of how much we ordered and not even five minutes later, as we started our 2nd appetizer, our entrees arrived. We told them we weren't too happy about it, so they said they would put the pecking duck under the heat lamp. My fiancee didn't want that so he just fit the pecking duck on the table. It took them only 20 minutes to make the pecking duck. That was concerning. The duck was not crispy on the outside as it should be, and it quite overcooked. The appetizers were mediocre. The cucumbers were the best appetizer. About 25 minutes later, the second entree arrived and they admitted it was under the heat lamp the whole time. Expressing dissatisfaction, they kindly offered to remake it. We accepted. When it arrived it was too fishy tasting (not clean) to eat. They took the entree off of the bill without us asking. Bad service, low quality food--not a place for large groups or special dinners. No birthday dessert was even offered.

    Great service from Maryanne (waitstaff) some new items on the menu (Peking Duck) and I love their version of fried calamari and their salt & pepper shrimp. I would rate it 4 1/2 stars
