                Quite possibly one of the few restaurants that’s made me audibly gasp at how delicious the food with each bite from every dish! Highly recommend!

                This was our 2nd trip to Chilte - obviously we enjoyed it the first time.. Plantain appetizer is excellent - sweet and savory. Agave root fries also very tasty and come with an excellent dipping sauce. We went for the house favorite - the birria tacos which were outstanding. Chilte is a hidden gem in an unlikely location. The food is creative and authentic. The restaurant is small, quaint and gets lively when the tables are full. Service is typically very good. The drink menu has both standards and some eclectic inventions. Overall very cool place we will visit again - and bring friends. My only knock is that it can be a little spendy so it's probably going to be more of an "occasion" type of place for us.

                Chilte is my new favorite....fantastic food and very knowledgable, accommodating staff. The MSG never disappoints (thick cut duroc pork chop this time...). Such an enjoyable night out whether with friends, work dinner, or date night.

                Another fantastic experience. Seriously. We had drinks beforehand: Cocherito Mezcal for me and a Paloma for the wife. We split a half order of Yuca fries and their version of the Caesar salad with flash fried anchovies-excellent! We both has the beef tacos with Miso consomé and delicious hot sauce. Those we paired with a local beer called Church Music. Dessert with their version of a Chocolate Martini followed...we had taken Lyft. Just go! Ask for Erin and have "Mez-Kyle" pick a drin for you. We've already a reservation for next time.

                Everything about Chilte was wonderful - cocktails, dishes, flavors, presentation, ambiance, service, decor. Flavors and presentation were approachable and irresistible and yet nothing we’ve ever experienced before. A place not to miss.
