   The quality of the food and customer service was amazing! I came here on the actual day of my birthday and then went on the Sunday of the same weekend and the service was still amazing! Not only is the portion of the meat they give you big, but they are consistently bringing you different kinds of meats and also asking you if you have a specific Request for a meat that you want. On top of that, they take away the trash off your table in a respectful, timely manner. They also will bring you new plates and new silverware as well. It honestly is the best Brazilian steakhouse I’ve ever been to!!

   For the second year we went to Chima for my husband’s birthday. Dazzling salad bar — certainly can be a meal in itself. Lots of meat choices, all nicely cooked and abundant. Even the grilled shrimp were tasty and just right, not dried out or minus flavor. House wine was fine, with several choices. Attentive and friendly service. After sitting near a noisy group last year, I asked when reserving to sit away from big groups and the restaurant paid attention.

   This restaurant has become one of my top choices in the DMV area. The service we received was exemplary; I would like to commend Gabby and Diego for their outstanding hospitality. As a party of seven, which included a five-month-old baby, we appreciated Gabby’s professional attention to our needs. They provided a stand that accommodated the baby's car seat, positioning her at seating height, which was very considerate and helped the parents manage her comfortably. The variety and quality of the meat selections were impressive and quite enjoyable. I liked having the traditional Thanksgiving fare, one tip I would give is to cook the green bean casserole a little longer, it should be really bubbling when you take it out of the oven. It was nice to have the lobster add-in special during the meal, that was an extra treat for an additional reasonable price.

    What can be said about Chima that hasn't been said? Even though it was Thanksgiving, and it was busy, everything ran extremely well. Food was excellent, as usual, and there was never a time when either the meats or the salad bar ran short of anything. Even though it was a busy Thanksgiving, you'd have thought we were the only ones there. We had a party of six, including my daughter, her boyfriend, and his parents. They had never been to Chima before. Our server, Andrea, was absolutely perfect. She treated us more like family members over for dinner rather than customers. She made sure we got everything we wanted and couldn't have been more accommodating. Many thanks to Chima in general, and Andrea in particular, for making our Thanksgiving dinner memorable.
