    Welcome, Sundance 2025 Guests! We are thrilled to offer a special Prix Fixe Menu to elevate your festival experience. This exclusive two-course menu includes: Choice of Appetizer, Soup, or Salad. One Entrée. Reservation Policy: To provide a seamless dining experience for all our guests, a $25 per person fee will apply for "no-call, no-show" reservations. If your plans change, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. We can’t wait to serve you during this unforgettable Sundance season!

    Could not have been a better meal! Snapper was excellent. Trout fajitas were great. Spare ribs were a work of art! We had a cozy table by the fireplace!

    Really bad experience. Waitress was pushy and rude. Food came out too fast and not coursed out. 1 oz of "house" blanco was $15. Ridiculous. One tiny bathroom had a long line. Could go on......

    We really enjoy this place. While the menu does not change much the standby choices are adequate and always well prepared. Service is excellent with many of the staff having been there for years. On this visit Tyler did a great job. So why only 4 stars? I firmly believe that the Bill White group is still attempting to ride the pandemic “shortage” train to justify stratospherically high prices that seem to not be justified by the food itself.

    This was a disappointing Chimayo experience after many years (over 10!) patronizing the restaurant. Overall, the food and drink quality seems to have gone down, especially for the price you pay. Maybe it was an off night, but one of our favorites, the sangria was a bit watered down and though the waiter change it out after it after we mentioned it, it didn’t seem to improve. We also had Palomas and it seemed to suffer from the same issue of being unbalanced in flavor and was too acidic. Im definitely not against paying $16/cocktail but it needs to be drinkable. The elk loin was still a standout and the soups are still all very good, but the other dishes we had were meh- like the mushroom quseadilla, chile relleno, and beet salad. We hope that this was just an off night for a restaurant that is always such an exemplar!

    Flavors overly robust, trying to create combinations that just didn’t work The price was upsurd for the food quality I couldn’t eat more than a third of my dish, and my family ate at most half of their dishes Probably it would have been appropriate for waiter to offer something else or not charge for at least one dish given the cost of everything

    Food wasn’t the greatest but the customer service there was so bad. they forgot are plates then about 2 times they shut the lights off, just felt like they wanted to rush us out

    Outstanding experience- food was beautifully presented and so delicious! Mexican with a sophisticated twist - melding some unexpected but creative and delicious flavors. Service was very good - our server was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
