Sharon, our server, could not have been more attentive and fabulous. If I could have ordered the Duck Enchiladas twice, I would have! As usual the service and the food were everything I love and expect at Chimayo. We were seated downstairs, and the atmosphere could use a little facelift compared to eating upstairs. But I still love Chimayo.

We were disappointed to be seated downstairs versus in the warm, Southwestern-designed upstairs. The saving grace was our server, Sharon. Her warmth and professionalism made up for this disappointment. Among our dining highlights the duck enchiladas and buffalo flank steak.

Delicious food. Even coming from Texas, I was apprehensive about eating at a quasi-Mexican establishment in Utah. I would definitely dine here again as the food choices and quality of the dishes makes this place a MUST visit in Park City.

Consistently delicious! We make an annual family trip to park city and Chimayo isn’t just a staple, it’s a family favorite! Everything from the service to the ambiance and especially the food is above and beyond!

Food was fantastic as was the Spanish / Argentinian / Chilean wine list. What wasn’t fantastic was the exceptionally rude check in hostess. Put down your cell phone and get some manners.

We've been coming to Park City for many years and have included Chimayo on our "must go-to" list many times. However, this will be our last time for quite a long while. Why?? Not because of quality, as the food is delicious and typically perfectly cooked. Why?? Because of the lack of change to the menu over these many years. I understand that repeat customers love to have their favorite menu item over and over again. But, I would say that about 75%-80% of the menu has remained unchanged for several years. I like to change up what I order so I can enjoy Chef's range of culinary choices. It is tough to do that now. Why else?? The scallops were perfect.....but $64 for 4 scallops?? And the crown of spareribs is much smaller than it has been in the past. I will take my memories with me moving forward, but, will look to enjoy other restaurants in the future.

Great food!. Great ambience. Server let us over order, which was disappointing at $60 an entree. I will still come back every time I’m in PC. I always enjoy this restaurant.
