   We celebrated our anniversary there. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We were just visiting Salem but if we came back here we could definitely get this restaurant again.

   Food was good, restaurant overall was nice, good ambiance. Service was alright, didn't see our server as much as we should have but she did have a very large party she was attending as well. Will probably give it another shot.

   All four diners ordered different entrees: Sirloin Steak; Fettuccini with Chicken; Fish & Chips; American Kobe Burger with Fries. Everyone was pleased. Our server, Sean, sensed my annoyance that two persons were late and eased my mind. My wife and I have dined at Chira's many times and will return. Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, outstanding service.

   We were greeted by a host, I said I had a reservation, he immediately asked a”are you Frank”? He said your table is ready. It was, water was already poured. Within a couple minutes our server was by, a said “ someone has a birthday…”. She said you’re waiting on two more. Would you care for a drink as you wait? Our meal was off the hook!! The Parnassian Halibut is so amazingly good!

   We enjoyed our first time visit. We will definitely be back, my halibut fish tacos were out of this world amazing and My Husband fillet was superb and cooked perfectly. See you soon.

   Excellent service and food in a charming space. We came in late on a Sunday evening and all the staff were very welcoming. My husband ordered the sirloin which was a large portion and cooked to order. His sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli with cheese sauce were delicious. I had the crab and artichoke ravioli, which was also great. We are looking to stopping again when we travel through Salem.

   Excellent service from Yelena. Had the halibut fish tacos, delicious, and their lemon cream shortcake for dessert is fabulous. Love Chira’s, eaten here many times, never disappointed.

    Celebrating my birthday, enjoyed their halibut fish and chips, which I have had before, always excellent. Their French fries and Cole slaw are also delicious. The service was great, the in house prepared complimentary dessert was a real treat. Lemon cake w/ fresh strawberries and whipped cream. This is a lovely location, my favorite Salem restaurant.
