We had a fabulous time at Chives. The food is impeccably prepared. The Caesar salad is scrumptious. Our entrées were spectacular. This is our go to place in Dorr County.

Wonderful experience once again. Love the service and the food. The dessert special was amazing even though it sounded a bit out there, it was a butternut squash crème brûlée. We trusted our server John and he was spot on … we loved it. Who knew!

The French onion soup is some of the best we’ve ever had. We ordered steak and scallops and the dome dessert and it was all absolutely excellent.

Our filets were all prepared to perfection! We split the chocolate dome for dessert- truly something naughty dreams are made of- delicious doesn’t even touch how good this is! Chives is truly a gem! We’ll be back!

Excellent food, service and people. John was very knowledgeable and just a treat to have serve us. Our regular go to spot. And the squash creme brulee with five spice powder with candied pecans and pecans sandy was a truly unique and excellent dessert to finish the meal.

Amazing dinner and our waitress, Haily, was exceptional. Every dish we tasted was prepared beautifully and delicious. The beef cheeks were something I’ll dream about for a long time. Would love the recipe. Library room is so quaint and fun to watch the chefs.

The spinach salad was excellent, and the harvest soup was absolutely phenomenal—perfectly balanced with incredible flavor. My husband’s steak was cooked to perfection, and the fresh, crisp salad greens were a delicious complement. Highly recommend!
