we had a lovely dinner. the server was so nice and very attentive, and we enjoyed seeing the chef work. all of our food was delicious, and the homemade coconut ice cream was spectacular! as far as ambience goes, it's a pretty room, though i'd add candles or small lamps on the tables instead of overhead lighting. the overhead lighting in the kitchen also spilled over into the dining room a bit, but i'm nuts about lighting ;). we'll definitely return.

Estimada Martha, Gracias por sus comentarios. Qué pena que no nos dijera en ese momento para preparar algún platillo de su agrado aunque estuviera fuera del menú y pasarla a la terraza o al Privado que son otras áreas del restaurante. En todo caso nos alegra que hayan comido los platillos que seleccionaron. En cuanto al lugar, es una pena que su gusto no coincida con el nuestro. Que tenga buen día.

It is a beautiful, cozy small restaurant. The food was not good. Service was just ok.

Great Mexican food with fabulous services. Some of us got stomach issues so the chef made simple chicken and rice, not on the menu, for us. They are delicious! The staff’s English is limited but still very proactive helping. Highly recommend if you go to Merida.

Un lugar muy tranquilo para una platica amena, la comida deliciosa, todo lo que se consumió estaba correcto en su punto, es un lugar muy discreto y agradable.
