   We loved our first meal at Chop! Professional and courteous from beginning to end. We were quickly serviced by their team and were very impressed with our waitress, Amanda. Our Prime Rib was absolutely delicious, and the noise level was appreciated where I could easily hear my husband but enjoyed the positive community ambiance. The restaurant in every corner appears top-notch. Thank you!

   First time there and we’re very satisfied. We sat in the bar area for NYE. Service was great, meal arrived very quickly and tasted great. Enjoyed the music that started around 9 and the volume was at a comfortable level that we could still visit. All the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and did what they could to make us welcome and comfortable.

   Prime rib meat was great and our server was lovely. We found our food to be luke warm at best. I was not a fan of the pilaf rice (too wet and sticky). The greyhound cocktail was nice - and the smokey Old Fashioned was a fun presentation. I guess we could have sent things back to get heated more thoroughly but that's not how we usually are.... Might give it another chance at some point, not sure.

   I took my best friend last night for her birthday, with a prior reservation. We were seated right away and served in a timely manner. Our waitress was lovely, and took lots of time to explain the menu, and recommended dishes (plus some of her faves). The food came hot, and in good time to eat our appetizers and enjoy some drinks. We both had the top sirloin and it was fantastic!! Highly recommend!! My friend ended up getting a dessert on the house with a really cute card signed by the staff. We felt very appreciated! We will definitely be back very soon with our husbands in tow next time!

   Food was great but the service wasn’t up to par. Maybe the server was new. She was very friendly but we had to ask her twice to have our water glasses topped up. Other than the initial pouring of the bottle of wine, she never topped up our wine glasses either.
