   Chop was great as usual. I went mid afternoon and was served by both Braelin and Daria, who are both excellent. They were very friendly and attentive, and the drinks and food were fantastic. Manager Michelle also came to check on me and was the consummate professional. I would recommend Chop to anybody every time.

   Friendly, helpful waitress. I & my wife’s prime ribs were tasty but had excessive fat. I estimate the amount of fat on mine to be 20%. My wife’s was worse. Sadly detraction from what was otherwise a pleasant evening.

   Our server Micaela was wonderful! Their recommendations were spot on and the food was terrific! We had a great night celebrating my birthday and our anniversary. We’ll be back soon!

   Everything was excellent as always , there was a slight hiccup with my daughters meal, however they did their best to rectify the situation

   Beware IF you are Gluten sensitive. A preemptive concern of OURS, for one of our party who is gluten sensitive, led to a misunderstanding, in part from waitress Yvonne, that The Chop is not empathetic with patrons who are gluten sensitive. Fortunately, Courteney, a restaurant manager came to our table to set us straight. The Chop is VERY gluten sensitive. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

   The restaurant was a bit chilly. My steak was over cooked. The response was really prompt and well received. You comped my meal. The taste of the truffle sauce delicious. But a small overcooked steak for $45 was high. My sister had the prime rib. It was amazing! Tender. Lovely rare. Generous portion. My brother-in-law complained his steak overdone. He wanted medium rare. Sorry but he was wrong. His was closer to rare than medium rare. I think he expected to be disappointed and was to be right. I would return. Service very good. Friendly personable attentive without interrupting.
