   Extremely overpriced- I had the shrimp tempura appetizer which was awful- the batter was so greasy, it left a bad after taste. $70 for Lamp chop are more expensive than a NYC steak house. I ordered an Irish coffee and the restaurant doesn’t have whip cream- really!!! Overall I would never recommend this place

   Another Good Night (AGN) at Chop House 119. Brought two newbies, they were well satisfied. Both were in awe of portion sizes for the sides - carrots, loaded baked potato and spinach. They enjoyed the salmon. We had the "Bad Boy" oysters, Lobster and Crab Salad, Caesar Salad and the Lobster Tail - all prepared and served by well trained Kitchen and Service staff. Lou L

   We took advantage of their early menu and will be happy to do it again our next trip. We started with tuna tartar (my wife calamari) followed by the 10oz prime rib (we both ordered) along with mushrooms and carrots. For dessert I went with the flourless chocolate cake that was more of a lava cake to my palate and my wife had the hazelnut creme Brulé. Our waitress was very attentive and personable. Our first time here and we have absolutely no complaints or recommendations. A great experience.

   Great experience! Steaks were fabulous! Service was excellent! Atmosphere was what you would expect from a high-end steakhouse. I would highly recommend!

   We anticipated that the set menu for restaurant week would be smaller portions but we were very surprised at the portion size! The meal was delicious and we have leftovers for another meal. We also purchased the paired wine menu and the three wines were nice sized pours of great quality wines. The service was very excellent.

   Entertainment, food, cocktails wine and service were top notch as usual. So much more on the menu than great steaks. Oysters (try the Bad Boys), Meatballs, Chicken, Shrimp and Salmon make for delicious appetizers and entrées. Lou L

   The steaks were fabulous and in my wife’s and my opinion, are the best on the island. They were perfectly cooked, extremely tender and seasoned to perfection. The salads were crisp and beautifully presented. The sides with the steaks were delicious and the mushrooms were amazing. Great service and a wonderful evening. Well earned 5 stars.

   Excellent restaurant. Food is outstanding, beautiful decor, nice menu and service by Sam was great, Manny is a great manager. Highly recommend

   Had Another Good Night (AGN) at the Chophouse. Took some friends that had never been there. They were much impressed with the service and ambiance. Oysters, Crab Salad, Salmon, Chicken, carrots and mushrooms were our choices. Bad Boy Oysters were terrific. Everyone enjoyed their food along with wine & cocktails. It was a Friday evening so there was entertainment. We will continue our string of going to the Chophouse every Friday night. Lou L

    Anita was our server and she was excellent! She gave great insight into the menu, her suggestions were spot on and she was very kind. We went Valentine’s weekend and all the ladies received a rose upon entering the restaurant. So sweet and truly set the ambiance. The food was well seasoned and served in a timely manner. Portion sizes are average even for the shared dishes but definitely fed us fine. There were no leftovers. Great date night! We will return and refer others!
