Chuí opened its doors in the heart of Roma Norte, offering an oasis in the middle of the city.
Surrounded by lush vegetation, the kitchen revolves around seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, with wood-fired ovens as the main attraction.

                                              Es la segunda vez que asisto, esta ocasión para cenar y la experiencia fue muy buena, el ambiente de la comida a la cena es muy distinto. Los alimentos, buenos. Un lugar que bien vale la pena visitar ahora, antes que se ponga de moda y sea complicado reservar. CHUÍ, sin duda es el nuevo restaurante vegetariano de la ROMA y de los mejores de la ciudad.

                                              Si no te gusta la música alta te recomiendo llegar 6-7pm después se vuelve tipo bar. La comida vegetariana super rica y con sabores interesantes. El mesero que nos atendió excelente servicio
