Our server was an angel. We were celebrating a birthday and she brought out a dessert and champagne, and she was also very knowledgeable about the menu. Our appetizers were superb, but when our dinner was finally brought out (an hour + after we ordered), 3 steaks were severely overcooked, and 2 minutes pasta dishes were served cold. Our waitress brought out new steaks, but these were so raw through the middle that they were cold, instead of medium-rare. The dessert was also good, but our party of 9 agreed we would not be returning after the nightmare with our steaks.

This was our first time at Church and Union and everything was lovely! There are so many great restaurants in Nashville that right now we have a short list of those that we go back to. This is will be one of them! 👍😊

My husband and I celebrated our 15th anniversary and our server was delightful with great recommendations. The pork belly melon appetizer is phenomenal. We will definitely be returning soon!

We came for the New Years Eve limited menu dinner and at $90/person, I would have expected the supposed wagyu steak to be cooked correctly. However if it really was wagyu, all of our plates were probably the lowest quality cuts I’ve seen/eaten. The ambiance and service were great, so it’s disappointing that the main course was such a disappointment.

5 star overall because if I could give the food 100 stars I would. Service was great! The only thing that was off was the ambiance. It was really dark. This one is definitely in the rotation. A must do in downtown Nashville.
