   Sadly this wasn’t the experience we had hoped for. It took a long time to receive our drinks after they were ordered and a long time for our food to come. When the food did come, my steak I had ordered medium/well (and reiterated to the waitress), halfway through was extremely rare. My colleague had ordered a medium-rare and even his was more cooked than mine. It was taken back to the kitchen. When it came back it was on a fresh plate but my pigs in blanket & veg (which we paid extra for) were gone. I let this go, to then find the remaining steak STILL rare. After 1.5 hours we gave up. Slow service & disappointing food.

   Great restaurant. We are regulars at the sister restaurant in Aigburth. We planned shopping in City centre today, hence the change, Great table and service for drinks. Order for Sunday Roast x3 was simple. Our server, Holly, was spectacular. Nothing was too much trouble, she even anticipated a few things which is a sign of amazing service. Food was lovely, beef on the roast, tender and very tasty, all the sides as you would wish for. We had a lovely bottle of Argentinian Malbec and a couple of beers. Following by Irish coffee and shared a Black Forest gateaux. The best part of today was not having to drive back to work in Bristol and the great service from Holly. We will be back.

   We were met at the door by a very friendly gentleman, all the staff were really nice and friendly and our food was amazing, we will definitely return and we would not hesitate to recommend this place to everyone, thank you 👍

   Excellent, succulent steaks, side orders and wine (Shiraz) were good too. Pleasant background music, good service. Definitely recommend if you enjoy steak.

   Saved by the food ….. First time at this branch and will not return. Took 90 mins from sitting down to getting main course. Told printer hadn’t printed meal request, waitress apologised, no offer of drink whilst waiting. Ordered coffee for 3 people at end of the meal and told there was only enough milk for 2 coffees , this was with more than an hour left of restaurant opening hours. Overall poor experience, no customer service, would not recommend, although the food when served was good .

    Honestly cannot fault Churrasco steakhouse at all. Lovely mood lighting/ ambience, fantastic food, fantastic drinks, waiters very attentive. Will definitely return again. Food well worth the money.
