    We are big Italian food lovers, so much that we went to another Italian place the night before Mia's) which was excellent..Other than getting the food quickly, the experience was not what we'd expect based on what we had heard. The food was, literaly terrible. The chicken parm was like a pre breaded piece thrown in a toaster with sauce and cheese thrown on. For the cost, it should have been thick piece of chicken that was tender rather than chewy. My wife ordered the basic salad which came with all lettuce and a few tomatoes. The chicken that was added was the only good thing. When we told the waiter (twice) how disappointing it was, he literally had no reaction.

    One of the best Italian restaurants that I have ever eaten at. The portions were big, but not too jig to be wasteful. The pasta and sauces were so fresh and delicious. Desserts were homemade and amazing. We will definitely come back if in Orlando in the future.

    We could have planned our xmas dinner somewhere else. Poor customer service. If you don't feel like working on holidays don't make your guests suffer for the poor quality of service. We had to ask for our check since we have been waiting for a while. We wanted to order dessert but no one even bothered ask even if they knew we were done with our main course. Is it the lack of service due to the fact that you are getting a guaranteed 20% gratuity. What a waste of spending xmas.

    The staff was great!! Food was even better!! So glad we chose this restaurant for our Christmas dinner. This was a great end to our family vacation. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

    Terrific dining experience! This was not my first time there. I have to admit the food was equal too or above that I enjoyed in Italy. Easily put, great food, excellent staff, comfortable decor, low noise level, expensive but worth it. Not a restaurant to overlook.
