                                                                                                                                  We went here for a late dinner on our anniversary. As always, Ciao is fantastic! The food was delicious..buratta appetizer, Shrimp Luca, Filet Oscar…all amazing!! The service is perfect. Ciao continues to be one of our favorite restaurants, and a great place to celebrate! Definitely recommended!!

Hubby was asked if he wanted baked cheese on his lasagna, well of course you want baked cheese on the lasagna. Then asked if he wants soup or salad. Well the baked cheese was a 3.99 charge and the soup a 1.99 up charge. His lasagna dinner was 32.00. Sauce for lasagna was very good but lasagna noodles were chewy. Neither upcharge was mentioned when ordering nor was it on the menu. I had shrimp Luca. Shrimp was good but the lemon garlic spinach risotto was undercooked and way too garlicky. Server was attentive but sarcastic.

                                                                                                                                  Celebrating my birthday, my wife and I again chose Ciao for the cuisine, atmosphere and service. This time was no less enjoyable. Our server, Alivia was cordial, professional and informative as to our meal selection and beverages (wine). Our choice of lasagna was the correct portion for us to share and had just the amount of red sauce to complement the entree. Only criticism, nothing the restaurant could control was the 3-passing vehicles (Camero, Mustang and unknown small vehicle) with loud exhausts that the drivers intentionally revved when passing the outside terrace where we were seated. If and when the restaurant owners meet with City officials perhaps a note to the Police Chief for diligent patrols and ticketing in the area could reduce this annoyance. Several others were startled and remarked the same issue.
