I came here for my birthday, and I honestly regret it. I made my reservation ahead of time. They sat us in the back where our table was shortly forgotten about. None of us got our food for about two hours. We had no view of the show and the waitress was too busy, flirting with my friend’s boyfriend instead of actually checking on the status of our orders. I have never felt less special on my birthday or eating out at a restaurant in general. It was pretty obvious that they only care about people buying packages of $500 plus bottle service and that was who was got the attention. I will never come to this place again and that’s very sad because I was very excited to Try. Don’t waste your time or money.

Celebrated my birthday Saturday night with 14 of my amazing friends. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, the staff is friendly and the ambiance was beautiful. Tiffany who’s in charge of group reservations was amazing to work with, she was very detailed and communicated well in helping set up my party of 15. We had a variety of the appetizers, sushi rolls and the entrees were a great portion. I will definitely be back.

The place was almost empty. Only about 2-3 tables occupied. We waited for more than 20 minutes in our table for someone to serve us, they didn’t even offer us the menu, so we decided to leave.

This has to be one of the most overrated restaurant in the city, mediocre food at best, an ok ambiance but certainly and accurate the worst service in the industry, nothing restaurant wise makes any sense, it took 48 minutes to get our table after the reservation time we were told to wait by the bar but there is no where to wait at it was so overcrowded that it felt like we were in club and not a “restaurant” after we were seated it took another 34 minutes just to get a menu and another 15 to get our drinks, the food it’s OK at best nothing special overly sweet oysters, cold maki and a good crudo, so if you like high quality service and food DON’T GO TO CIEL, the only good service you will get it’s the valet

I’ve been in the restaurant business for a little over 18 years now and in my time in the industry I’ve always held myself, my staff, and my guest up to the highest standards and respect. I’ve seen people make post about how they were mistreated by restaurant managers upon arrival but never experienced it a day in my life until I managed to come here. Guy was absolutely disgusting and dishonest
