   Service was not that great we had to get our eating utensils from another table. Two of us our meal was good the other two their meal was not great. I had to go to the bar and ask them for my drink because it never came. Ambiance and Views great.

   Our very first dinner experience as new residents. I booked this restaurant since I had stayed in the hotel twice and had the best breakfast! The dinner I had was mediocre and over priced. Last night was disappointing. We came with two local friends. The restaurant was over booked including a wedding and not enough staff especially having one bartender. Service was slow ( very nice staff) but slow and our food was cold. Paying $63 for a ribeye and it coming out cold then waiting at least 10-15 minutes to check on us then the steak coming back again barely warm. Steaks were exceptionally fatty. Our other two chicken entrees were “ warm” but tasty. $33. The only thing removed from the bill was one steak and we still paid about $175 each couples. Not sure if two of our drinks were comped with the our drink tickets? Unfortunately, we won’t be back for dinner even though the ambience and live music were wonderful.

   If you’re looking for a fine dining experience in Scottsdale, I strongly recommend steering clear of Cielo. This place was disappointing from start to finish. First off, the food arrived cold. When we asked if they could simply reheat the soup, they told us they’d have to put in a new order, which would take 30 minutes. Really? The cocktail situation was equally absurd – they served our espresso martinis in wine glasses, which just added to the disjointed experience. We ordered a steak and asked for a simple vegetable substitution, requesting a single carrot in place of the standard sides, and they had the audacity to charge an extra $14 for it. As for the $36 salad, let’s just say it’s overpriced and underwhelming. The service was another letdown. We had to make trips to the bar ourselves for refills, as our server was nowhere to be found. When we mentioned all these issues to the management, they were apologetic but didn’t offer anything beyond that. In summary, if you’re in the mood for high prices, cold food, and a lackluster experience, Cielo might just be your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This restaurant could really use a visit from Restaurant Rescue.

   This place is nothing like the pictures. I have no idea why they decided to misrepresent themselves, but this restaurant (apart from being high up with a view) is literally a basic hotel bar overlooking the pool. It’s not fancy at all like the pictures. After driving almost an hour to get here we were beyond disappointed. We took my mom for her birthday for a late lunch thinking it would be perfect for a beautiful fall spot. They literally had us reserved for 2pm which upon arrival they told us was when they close the restaurant. They only had a small pool menu to order lunch which was very limited and basic. Why take reservations for a time you are closing?! And the service was so so. A kid next to us screamed the entire time and no one said anything. Restaurant is more like a cafeteria with lightweight plastic chairs and zero ambiance. If it weren’t for the bartender making great drinks, this place would have been a total loss. We quickly ate and went elsewhere to celebrate.

   Really great food and staff was friendly. Food portions were appropriate for the price. Staff could have been a bit more attentive, but ultimately was professional and helpful. View of the nearby mountain range is incredible.

   Bartender was the worst, he doesn’t understand the concept of first come first serve. Sever was also inattentive; he completely forgot about our table at the end of the meal. We had to ask another server to run our check. Food was amazing and view was 5star!

   If you want fabulous food with a stunning view to boot, Cielo is your spot. The sea bass was over the top. Free valet parking, large outdoor dining terrace overlooking several mountains, and an impressive menu. Can’t wait to return.

   Dined on a Saturday night. They had live music in the bar and a band playing for an outdoor wedding. We were seated between both 😂 Food was good but pricey, ex $32 for a burger and fries. Tina, our server, was wonderful. She also helped my party a year ago. It was nice to see consistency in the staffing.
