I chose Cielo bar to celebrate my birthday with family and friends visiting me in Panama. The ambience and views are incredible, food was good- risotto was great but sliders were dry- and tasty cocktails. The service started very slow but improved significantly once we ordered a lot of food. The restaurant offered a complimentary desert and wine for my birthday which was a nice touch. I will definitely come back and would recommend. Ps, I speak Spanish so not sure if staff speaks English or not.

Our experience at this restaurant was 5 star!! It has a great vibe for young people and young at heart folks too, like us! Really good music, fun seeing the zipliners go past, and of course, a fabulous view of the bay and skyscape. Easier to get to than Casco Viejo area rooftop bars as well as pretty efficient servers. We had a group of 8 and our server was most gracious in giving us 4 checks because some among us were Jubilados and entitled to a prepared food discount. Thank you for a great restaurant experience!

Great views of the city, food was very good, drinks were good too. Nice ambiance, DJ was on point. Wait staff was good but slow. No complaints. I would definitely go back.
