   We showed up 15 minutes before our 7pm reservations and was told the table was still occupied. I noticed an open private booth area (same as what we reserved) but was still told there was none ready. Even though there was a booth available when we arrived. We patiently waited for our table, we then sat by and watched about 5 different guests who had 7pm reservations as well or none at all get sat before us. We continued to wait patiently but after about 35 minutes of waiting, I saw the manager sit a couple who barely walked in with 7pm reservations in the booth that was empty when we arrived, while we had to continue to wait for the same booth. The manager was very unprofessional and did not comment on why they were sat before us. I told the host this and he agreed that was unprofessional and not fair. We sat at 7:30pm.

   We are a younger couple having a celebration our waiter took about 15 minutes to first come over to us, did not say his name all he said was ready to order? So we ordered my 12oz filet that I ordered at a medium temperature came out well well done and it was only a 8oz so they took it back and brought me another steak about 25 minutes later and it was pretty much raw. Our waiter checked up on all the older couple’s non stop while he walked rite past us like we weren’t there.

   We’ve been here several times and have always had a great experience. This time however, food was cold. For the price you pay you shouldn’t have cold food. Service was excellent though.

   Made a reservation through OpenTable and arrived on time. Upon arriving we noticed that there were booths with curtains and I immediately requested to be seated there only to be told no because they were already reserved. After being there for over an hour, only 2 parties showed up and used the booths and there was probably 10 booths in total. I was also going to get the King crab legs only to be told that I would receive a total of 2 and that it was $150.00. This was rediculous in my opinion. Other than those complaints, our service was good.

   The best food I’ve ever had. Lobster bisque was incredible, and the crusted lamb was even better.

   This was probably one of the top five steaks I have had ever. We were given a private booth which just added to the experience and ambiance of the whole night. This restaurant is a must on my check out list, would be the only reason to enter Bally's hotel

    It was an amazing intimate experience with my husband whose birthday I share!! The food was so good and we will definitely be back!
