The restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived and there were many empty tables yet we were seated between two occupied tables. We could have had more separation. The first item we received were chips and they were stale. Not edible. The food was ok but the side dishes of rice and beans was cold. The dinner was easily forgettable.

An enjoyable dinner, but not ot sure what to make of two diners next to us with two dogs in a covered carriage.

Very slow service, clearly short-staffed, mediocre food, and nickel and dime charges for credit card use, chips on the table, some extra cheese … how this place has lasted so long is beyond me.

Our "Go-To" Mexican restaurant in NYC since we first experienced them at their previous UES location 15 years ago. The food never disappoints, the drinks are generous, and the service is always wonderful. Can't say enough for this local gem other than go there or order in ASAP!!!
