We love Circa. We visit one every time in DC. Great menu variety, nice selection, not overly upscale but still very nice and our teen kids like it too. Definitely worth a visit.

We had excellent service. The server was attentive and personable. The food was great! A friend of mine had the short ribs which she has had before and are usually outstanding but that night they were alright not as good as they have been previously. But overall we enjoyed ourselves.
