   We had a lovely time at The Clam Bar. Food was very good, cocktails was great and service was terrific. We especially love the oysters minonet and the spaghetti with clams.

   Early dinner for three. Food was delicious. Ordered 12 oysters. Received (and charged for) 6. No problem.The three entrees ordered were intelligently served to table one at a time. Brilliant. Followed too quickly by mains - all 7 plates attempted to be squished onto our table about an hour after being seated! Tall wait woman delivering food clearly annoyed when asked to leave 2 pastas and return other 4 plates to kitchen so we could actually enjoy hot food, and not be rushed out of our seats. Her attitude dampened an otherwise lovely evening

   Lovely greeting at the door. Wait staff took a while to come over for ordering purposes. Food delivered in a timely manner. Lobster on pasta was overcooked and a bit chewy, but sauce was delicious and velvety. The peas/beans side was favourite item on the menu. Receiving of the bill took longer than expected.

   Outstanding is an over used complement. Not in this case. One of the best lunches we have had in a while. Glad we all shared the Wagyu burger to start. Deserves its reputation as one of the best burgers in Sydney. Flat Iron steak cut with sauce Dianne, mouth watering. Clam pasta so good we ordered bread to sop up the sauce. Well done Clam Bar.

    Fantastic food and great service. We had the oysters, tuna tartare, kingfish, clam spaghetti and New York strip. Both our appetisers and mains were delicious and would highly recommend Clam bar.
