   Clark’s in Aspen never disappoints! The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it one of my favorite spots in town. The food was excellent, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and great flavors. Whether you’re in the mood for oysters, seafood, or a perfectly cooked steak, Clark’s delivers every time. Service was attentive without being overbearing, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal in Aspen!

   They were out of a couple things but our server helped to accommodate any inconveniences. Food was outstanding. Would definitely come back.

   One of the better restaurants in Aspen and undoubtedly the best oysters in town - not a bad bite all evening.

   Great food great oysters nice wine selection. I loved the cioppino but everyone had something different and all loved it.

    Overall it was good but it was so loud we couldn’t even hear each other at our table of 4. There were two large parties seated to the side of us. The oysters were outstanding. The sole meunière was just ok. Broccolini was excellent. The service was also very good. Overall it was expensive for a less than great experience.
