   Our food was excellent. We had bacon wrapped scallops, filet mignon and hurricane chicken. All were delicious. Our server was cheerful and attentive.

   Clark’s is our special go to restaurant, for all occasions whether a get together with friends, a birthday, anniversary or just a night out. Always great food, service, atmosphere and absolutely the Very Best Waitress anywhere. We Love Clark’s and Jewels.

   Finally made it to Clarke’s. We have been wanting to dine here for a while and this was our getaway vacation week and we made it happen! Our table location was perfect ! Amazing view of the water ! Service was very good! Food also good! Between the five of us, we started with a nice shrimp cocktail and grouper fingers. The grouper very moist and cooked to perfection! So good that one of our party ordered again as her main entree coupled with a spinach salad and warm bacon vinaigrette! Yummy ! Calamari was delish and main entrees were very good. Seafood platter was a good size and fish tasted very fresh. The blackened rib eye was spot on ! My only disappointment was that the side salad that accompanied dinner had store bought tasting croutons on it ! I would say that Clarkes very talented chefs could probably whip up their own homemade croutons and really take it to the next level. So easy and such a small request to make your patrons feel like nothing was skimped on ! Another detail - there are small diner type salt and pepper shakers on the table making us think there was no fresh ground pepper available so I didn’t ask. After we all ate I did notice one waiter carrying a giant pepper grinder to one of his tables.just wish we were offered that . All in all it was a great experience from service to deliciousness. Homemade croutons and fresh ground pepper are a must !

   Nice experience with great service by Julia! The bacon wrapped scallops were delicious and we enjoyed the shrimp and scallops with grits and short ribs.

   This has been one of our favorite restaurants for years now. Unfortunately, the food quality is not what it has been. The house salad is smaller and the lettuce was yellow/white with bits of the core. The famous croissants were cold. The Filet was very good, as was the She Crab Soup. Stick with beer or wine, as we’ve always found the mixed drinks to be very weak. The service is good. We will go back, but we’re disappointed that the food quality is not what it has always been.

   A popular place. We had reservations and got there early to have a drink at the bar. We did get our drink but no where to sit. This was on a Saturday night around 6pm, just to let you know. And that was okay because....the hostess was so very accomondating as to seat us as we waited for the rest of our party. Ashley was our waitress. She was wonderful. We enjoyed our evening and the food was outstanding. Thank you.
