   Valentine’s dinner was delicious and always on point! Our attentive friendly excellent server Michael described all offerings in detail. And he took the best “couple” pic of the evening! The surf and turf special with asparagus was perfect. My Chilean sea bass was true to their uniqueness with delicious flavors and veges. Caesar’s salad split atop crisp cheese bowl was yummy and just enough. Variety of warm breads with delish warm butter accompaniment. The calamari app was huge in size and tasty and partially came home with leftovers. We had a late reser which thankfully we were seated early. No rush Relaxed. Good music playlist. Good vibe. Good beverages. Ended with hot coffee and an espresso for me. Desserts inviting but too full to partake.

   I booked for Valentine’s Dinner. The seating was strange, as my significant other was sharing a triangular shaped booth with another person on the other side. The seating was close enough for coats to be touching, which they found uncomfortable. It took about 10 minutes for our waitress to greet us and pour water. The service itself was decent. A few times we found ourselves waiting 10 or 15 more minutes than ideal for a check in from the waitress, but I understand things can be busy. After asking for a box, the waitress came back with a beer in one hand (presumably for another table) and a box and bag in the other, then said “I can box it if you want”. My significant other told her not to worry about it. I found it very unprofessional and wondered if the service would have been the same had we been an older couple, as I saw her box the food of one previously during the meal. Lastly, the music was reminiscent of a trampoline park, many of the songs did not fit the ambiance of an upscale seafood and chophouse and had us questioning who “okayed” it to be played. The food itself was great, the proportions appropriate for the price and the flavor was amazing quality. Hats off to the chefs. Overall, I likely would not book here again, as the constant distractions took away from our night together.

   The food was great 10/10. But then I had a rude waitress. She was rude to me the entire time from the time I sat at the table till the time I left . Yes we were late to our reservation but the front host and and the people I spoke with over the phone were very nice!! But my waitress she was shoving food at me inside of placing it on the table. She didn’t respond when I asked her for more bread!!(she brought it I was just the simple face that she couldn’t respond!) She never ask us how out service was going. The when it was time pay I was in the corner taking pictures and she says “ did they leave”” uggh”

   Our server Mary was great, but something was going on. It took almost an hour to get our cocktails, three of the items I ordered were out, a Franciscan cab, calamari and land. Took another hour before our meals came. Other tables had come and gone while we were left sitting. Special occasion gone bad. No apologies, no nothing. Food great when it came and if you don’t mind getting you second choice.

   Our waitress was very nice and procactive with my food allergy concerns. The restaurant worked as a team. The wait staff helped each other and even the hostess stopped by and got me something I needed during the meal. I have an allergy to garlic and I had a few options to choose to eat. Without the sauces the my scallops and green beans were a little bland. My husband's pasta we very good. Got a Valentine's Day special cake for dessert and they boxed it for home as we were filled by our meal

   We had valentines dinner at Coast and Main Food was very good. Stuffed shrimp, two of us had branzino it was excellent. And salmon. We all enjoyed our dinner and drinks. Service was very good. BUT we were very uncomfortable because it was so cold in there. Most of the tables around us had their coats on. I know cold air comes in from the door so turn up the heat.

   Lamb chops were delicious and perfectly prepared. Our Valentine dinner was perfect. Thanks especially to Robbin for being an attentive and charming server.
