   First time to Cobalt. Our group enjoyed everything about our dinner. Food was excellent, service was great. We will be back again.

   From the host to the general manager, wait staff and bartenders, this place was top notch! Drinks were perfect, food was on point and the general vibe was fantastic. Bourbon and whiskey selection was extensive. This is a place not to be missed. We were there to start a special date night and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend the chowder and the seafood risotto. Superb! Thank you for a wonderful night!

   We have been going to Cobalt since they opened. (I wanna say 2018) We might be biased because we go every week and love the drinks, the food, and the amazing team. However....go there once, go there twice... meet Yago, Eric, Maria, Bernadette ... and you will soon be biased. Always changing, always fun, and always welcome. Go there tomorrow. Tell em Jeff sent you. (they may kick you out for saying that, but what a story)

   Cobalt always does everything well. We came for the Valentine's prix fixe menu which had several great options and was very well executed. Staff was personable and timely, drinks were great as well.

   Had a reservation at 830 at 1045 we were still waiting on food, they were swamped and had a limited menu due to the holiday it just wasn’t that good and very disappointing

    We went on Valentines day so it was a set menu. Everything we had was delicious. We are looking for to going back and trying items from the regular menu. The service was excellent and the ambiance is darling.
