Food was good, not fantastic, just good. My major objection is that it appears they don’t have busboy service, and it is apparently handled by the wait staff? So while my wife and I were trying to enjoy our thanksgiving dinner celebration, we had the unpleasant experience of looking at dirty and messy tables for over 30 minutes after other guests left. Just not a polished supposedly high end expensive dining experience. Plus it was freezing, AC was much too cold. We are not likely to return anytime soon, or give it our recommendation.

Lovely--my husband thought soup was oversalted and they comped it. Right thing to do! Food was excellent, prices were over the top, but still a lovely evening!

A woman at the table next to us was allowed to listen to her Facebook and cellphone videos/music at full volume for the whole evening. It really detracted from what would have been a perfect evening.

Thanksgiving buffet was terrific! Out server Lexy took great care of us. We sat outside in the shade in perfect weather and enjoyed the live music. Food choices were excellent and well-prepared. Really made for a special Thanksgiving!!

The restaurant manager and staff provided an outstanding customer experience. This was a surprise dinner for my wife as celebration of our 46th wedding anniversary. The team made it a memorable experience.

Everything is always amazing at Colbalt. We stay at this hotel three or more times a year and have eaten many meals at Colbalt. OOnly had one bad experience in all that time and it was from an inexperienced hostess. We have had great service from Brittany, Nadine, Angelica and others. The evening manager we usually encounter (Serge?) is amazing. Always wants us to be happy. And don’t miss MoTown Tuesday. It is the best entertainment beachside.

Have a place serving $1,000 bottles of wine and no valet parking. Rude valet attendants just wave you off. Place is like eating at Golden Corral. Open air, loud, and freezing cold. They should bring heaters in from outside. Kitchen doors wide open next to restroom. Zero class for these prices. The ocean view is a winner but get ready for a lousy experience.

Solid option. Food is tasty and well presented. Location particularly outside seating is wonderful. Service including a very impersonal greeting and way of handling customers when they arrive can stand improvement.
