   Perfect experience. Pretty loud due to the air filed close by but overall worth the hype. Wish the food came out more hot.

   We had an 11:15 AM reservation for a party of seven and were seated promptly. After ordering our food and drinks, all of our meals arrived with good flavor but were unfortunately cold. Only three drinks were served initially, and we had to wave down staff just to get water—though only six cups were brought, and the missing one was never replaced. Despite requesting utensils, they were never delivered. Throughout the meal, the server never checked in on us, forcing us to flag down staff for any needs. By the end of our meal, two people were still waiting for their drinks. And we were told our time is up (90 mins limit). Won’t be coming back.

   We had reservation at 11am. We were sat down timely. Once we sat we order drinks. Our drinks never came, the food was cold. Once we got our food the server never came to check in to see how we were doing. We had to wave people down to ask for stuff. Once we were done we even had to wave people down to get our bill.

   We had an 11:15 reservation for 8 people and got there whole group needed to be there to be seated(understandable) they checked us in at 11:20 and we still had to wait until 11:45 to get seated so not sure what the point of the reservation was. The food was great but it was cold.

   I told the server my 1 year old son is allergic eggs and asked what options had ZERO egg. I was told the French toast and pancakes. Those two items typically have egg so I asked “are you sure?” and I was told yes. I ordered him French toast but something didn’t feel right. I asked the gentleman who brought out our food and he said yes, the French toast has egg. Thank goodness I followed my instincts! Server later came back and apologized and comp’d the French toast. I was afraid to give my son anything at that point and gave him fruit and snacks.

    Food is amazingly delicious! The decor is beautiful and service is great. This place never disappoints. Try the bomba chilaquiles!
