   This was our second visit to Collette and it was just as fabulous as the first. Our server Cami was attentive and friendly but did not hover. The restaurant is a bit noisy but the food is so good that we will definitely go until we have tried everything on the menu, then start again.

   Fantastic meal. Fantastic service. Food was top notch. Loire Valley focused menu and wine list. Straight forward quality for both.

   I loved Collete; the service was great, drinks were fun, and food was so delicious. There were plenty of gluten free options (for non-celiacs, cannot speak to the safety of the food for celiacs). We got the tuna crudo, steak frites and Icelandic cod all so good. We had the very best time.

   The first time I went to Colette the service and ambiance matched the excellent food. Our attentive server knew when to bring each course. And the music did not overtake the experience. The second time was very different. While the food was still very good the service wasn't. The music was too loud (we asked several times to have it turned down). Our server bordered on surly. The main course arrived too soon and had to be sent back until we finished our first course. The butter was nearly frozen. The experience felt more like being in a fast food rather than a fine dining establishment. I hope management corrects these issues because I would like to see restaurants like this succeed.
