              Loud vibe supports an open dining area and really good wait staff. Just enough on the fairly small menu for everyone. Our table of 6 was very happy with our meals ranging from crab cakes to prime rib to the very large veal chop

              Menu has enough options for everyone. The Brussel sprout appetizer was very good and the chili had good flavor but we all felt our main courses were just okay. Not bad, but nothing special.

              Fiancés steak came out undercooked and had to send it back. Was expecting staff to apologize or make it right but failed. Food was overall good, was just disappointed with the lack of customer service.

              Excellent dining experience at Collins Brothers, as usual. My wife and I ate at Collins Brothers on Valentines Day evening, so the restaurant and bar areas were both very busy. Our server was excellent, very attentive to our food and cocktail needs. We both had the Lobster Bisque, followed by the Umami and Brown Rice salad. For our entree we shared the Butcher's Cut, a New York Strip steak with baked potato. We ordered the steak Medium Rare + and it was cooked perfectly. We eat at Collins Brothers frequently (often for Happy Hour) due to the quality of both the food and service. Our experience on Valentines Day was wonderful. Highly recommend!

              Always a great experience at Collins Bros. Food, service all wonderful. The Brussel Sprouts appetizer is out of this world! No disappointment in any menu item we have ordered.

              Our server never came back to fill our drinks at all or check to see if we needed anything. We sat there for a good 10 minutes before she came by to get us boxes for our food. It seemed like she wasn't able to do both inside and outside service. We were outside.
