    Had reservations and was seated right away. Jason led us to a great table and was our waiter. Suggested “peaches and cream” as an appetizer and it was loved by all 3 of us. He helped us order our main course and everyone was satisfied. The bar waitress even came over to our table to advise Nan to add lemon to her Diet Coke. Thank you all for the excellent service. We will be back.

    I think the tipping point of this mediocre dining experience was when we received the bill and saw that they had added a 4% "pay cash and save" charge to our bill. We live down the street and frequently dine at the Beaches Towne Center restaurants. This is the first time we've been charged for using a credit card, to say I'm offended is an understatement. Also, their valet parked cars in the middle of the neighborhood sidewalks. To be fair, they were busy on Friday night but it made walking to the restaurant dangerous and *especially* difficult for anyone handicapped and/or trying to use the sidewalks. #dobetter

    We had great food and service. Very upscale interior, nicely redone. Five of us had different entrees and there were delicious! Would certainly go again and again.

    I had chenin blanc, wedge salad, shrimp and grits, amazing. Wife had salad with fried chicken; needed extra sauce. Overall good experience

    The food was delicious! The drinks were on point. It was a very beautiful view on the outside upstairs. We loved that the upstairs was wheelchair accessible!

    A little disappointing , had reservations at 7:30 and table and food was great. Tried to go into the lounge after dinner for a drink but was told it was too busy so we had to go downstairs to the bar and tried to order a chocolate martini but was told no chocolate liqueur and tried White Russian but no mix for that either. Had a drink and went home. Surprised we couldn’t get to enjoy the lounge. Coops is a great place.
