The place was very busy for Christmas Eve. With all of the extra activity the service and food were great. They were even able to seat us 1/2 early from our reservation. A very positive experience.Is this helpful?

A big fail by Coopers Hawk in Algonquin. They sat us at a booth with a broken light. Super dark and couldn’t read the menus. Had to use our lights on our phones. Service was good. Food was not good and steaks were over cooked and lobster was not good either. Very over cooked. Usually we are big fans of Coopers Hawk but this time was a big let down.Is this helpful?
